Cancelled Orders

If you decide to cancel your Efloors.com purchase, you must follow the following instructions.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER YOU MUST CALL IN AND TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. 

If your order has not yet been shipped from the manufacturer, call us at 1-888-522-5456 or contact us and you will receive a refund in the same form as payment.  Please note, processing times average 5-7 business days.

If your order has already been shipped or is in transit to ship, you must accept delivery, then call us at 1-888-522-5456 or contact us. Your cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

 

NOTE: Efloors.com only accepts returns after issuing a return authorization number. All other returns will be refused.
