We finally installed the floors in the kitchen and
family rooms. We also installed a heater under the floor in the
family room. Real comfy and looks great! It’s also easy to
clean. We still have one more room to go. We are also thinking
about doing our entrance too so I expect to be ordering another
box or two in the near future.
As I had mentioned to you when I purchased it last month, I
contacted three on-line floor companies and you were the highest
of the three. But as it turned out, when I took into account the
free shipping and no sales tax, it worked out about the same.
But the reason I bought from you is because you had all the
answers to my questions right at your finger tips. The other
guys had to look things up and one company didn’t sell all the
things I would need to do the complete job. And you were the
only one to suggest the cleaning kit. As I was a little
intimidated because I didn’t know exactly what I needed to
order, I felt more confident after talking to you. But the best
part was doing business with someone with such a pleasant

The flooring arrived on Monday and the driver could not have been
more helpful. He and I pushed those 62 cartons of laminate up my
driveway and into the garage on his pallet jack. I was more than happy

We Found it!!
Our apologies to you and R&L for thinking everything wasn't
delivered. Since you told me today the moldings would be in a tube, I
looked all around when I got home and low and behold, there it was in my
garage amongst the brooms and rakes near the garage door. My wife
doesn't recall it being part of the delivery and the only think I can
think of is that the delivery man brought it up and she probably didn't
take notice. I think it was very hectic that day and I on behalf of my
wife and I, sorry for putting you through this.
We also appreciate you getting this to us two days ahead of schedule.
I actually may need some more molding pieces and will call you with an
order if need be. I think I didn't account for some areas. Then, it will
be off to the second floor so we'll be in touch when we are ready.
