I placed an order for what I thought were brass floor vent
assemblies and received just the face plates. I used your
Live Support line on a Saturday morning describing my dilemma
and I received a call from Jody almost immediately. What
a pleasant surprise to have someone follow up so quickly
and be so helpful. Jody arranged for UPS to pick up the
face plates and got the correct ones shipped within a couple
of days. The replacements are exactly what I wanted. So

tracking your shipment it shows that there is still a package in
transit. Sometimes UPS does not update their shipments immediately,
which makes us double check on delivery confirmations to make sure
