Shipping Policy

Efloors.com® is committed to providing you with exceptional customer service.  We will ensure that your order is shipped to your door as quickly and safely as possible.  We employ only the most reputable parcel and freight carriers in the industry to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.  Most of our flooring products are IN STOCK at our Chicago warehouse for IMMEDIATE DELIVERY to your home or business!

The following terms and conditions apply to any order:

  • Most orders are sent via UPS Parcel Standard Ground, UPS Freight Standard Ground, Roadway Express, R&L Carriers, or Estes Freight
  • You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or a business
  • If you intend to have a contractor install your flooring, we recommend that the order is shipped to their location for easier receiving and handling purposes
  • All deliveries to your home or business are curbside deliveries by truck. You are responsible for unloading the order and carrying the product from the curb and into your home (boxes can weigh between 30 and up to 80lbs).  If you cannot unload the order, you may want to invite a capable person to help you
  • Before agreeing to curbside delivery, you need to consider accessibility to street/driveway to avoid additional assessorial shipping charges
  • If the delivery truck cannot get to your location, you will be asked to pick up the order at a trucking terminal determined by Efloors.com®
  • You must be home at the time of order delivery
  • The driver is unable to enter your home while unloading product 
  • Residential delivery fees are not refundable if you decide to cancel your order en route.  See our Return Policy for details
  • Call Efloors.com® at (888) 775-7595 for orders going to Alaska or Hawaii.  These orders will be charged additional shipping fees, based on destination, size, and weight
  • Shipment time are generally between 3-8 business days from time of order to arrival at destination.  See maps for transit times from Chicago to your location. Express or expedited shipping services will be charged to you at regular price determined by common freight carriers if you decide to choose that option
  • Shipping to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addressed, Canada, and other non-US regions is not an option
