This Alloc-exclusive limited lifetime warranty covers joint integrity, staining, fading, wear and water resistance. With our joint integrity warranty, we're the first laminate flooring manufacturer to back precision joints from separating or cracking.

Alloc Original will resist stains.
Alloc Original will not fade from exposure to sunlight or normal artificial light.
Alloc Original’s decorative surface will not wear through during normal residential use.
Alloc Original will resist water damage under normal use conditions. Alloc Original will not swell, peak or delaminate at the seams, provided that water is promptly removed and the floor is allowed to dry.
This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product. The warranty is valid for the original end-consumer and is not transferable.
WHAT ALLOC WILL DO If a product problem under warranty is acknowledged, Alloc will replace defective planks with planks of the same design, if available, or another design of equal value. You will be responsible for any labor costs associated with the removal of the damaged floor and installation of the replacement floor.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Any implied warranties, including that of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the express warranty.
- installation error
- accident, product misuse or product abuse, such as scratches, blows, cuts or damage caused by sand or other abrasive materials, whether caused by a contractor, a service company or a consumer
- accident, nonresidential use
- improper maintenance
- flooding, standing water or water that is trapped between the subfloor and Alloc Original flooring
This warranty does not cover defects that are not clearly visible, such as surface wear, stains or fading less than one square inch in size.
Alloc Inc. is not responsible for labor charges, installation charges or similar costs. Consequential, special and incidental charges are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
To register your warranty, you MUST return the attached Registration Certificate, with a copy of your original purchase sales receipt, within 30 days of purchasing the flooring. If you need to file a claim, do so through the retailer from whom you purchased the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
