Before placing your order please review these polices carefully, as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Efloors.com. Your placement of an order at Efloors.com constitutes your knowledge and acceptance of these polices, so please be certain you understand them before placing your order.

Efloors.com is proud to offer its customers the best selection of premium flooring products at outstanding values. We are able to offer our merchandise at highly competitive pricing because we are a direct-source company, meaning we eliminate the added costs and mark-up from distributors and sales agents (“middle men”). Also, we have virtually none of the overhead costs that brick-and-mortar stores have to account for in their pricing.

All pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, availability and manufacturers’ pricing policies.  We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and to refuse orders for which incorrect pricing has been given.

Sales tax will only be charged for orders placed within the state of Illinois; orders placed outside of the state of Illinois are not subject to sales tax.

Efloors.com accepts the following forms of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Everyday-value merchandise

“Everyday-value merchandise” is defined as any merchandise on the Efloors.com website that is not featured on our Clearance page or in any other promotional area of the Web site.

For every “everyday-value” product on our Web site, you will see two prices: “your price” and the “list price.” The “list price” is what a specialty flooring retailer would typically charge for the same product, and “your price” indicates the low price at which Efloors.com is currently offering the product.

At the time you place product in the shopping cart and submit your credit card information for processing, you indicate your agreement to pay in full the current price listed as “your price” on the product page and your acceptance of that price. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Once your order is placed, it is not possible for the price of the product in your order to be adjusted in any way. Subsequent to your purchase, Efloors.com reserves the right to alter the pricing on any products at our discretion at any time.

Because Efloors.com strives to provide all clients with competitive pricing, quantity discounts are not offered.

Clearance/promotional pricing

In addition to the outstanding everyday values that Efloors.com offers, we also offer select merchandise at promotional prices.  

Pricing on products listed in our clearance section is periodically reduced in an effort to move inventory.  Efloors.com reserves the right to adjust pricing on these products at our discretion at any time. At the time you place product in the shopping cart and submit your credit card information for processing, you indicate your agreement to pay in full the current price listed on the product page and your acceptance of that price. Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. Once your order is placed, it is not possible for the price of the product in your order to be adjusted in any way.

From time to time, Efloors.com may offer shipping promotions.  If you order does not meet the qualifications necessary to receive the promotional pricing, or if Efloors.com is not offering a shipping promotion at the time of your purchase, your shipping cost will be calculated by one of our preferred freight carriers and not by Efloors.com.  Efloors.com does not have the ability to modify or adjust shipping charges imposed by the freight carrier.
