Order Processing

Efloors.com® takes all necessary steps to ensure that you receive your order on time, and to your 100% satisfaction.   We pride ourselves on our order fulfillment management, and are committed to continuous improvement.  Below are details on our order processing:

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of when they are received
  • When the inventory is allocated, Efloors will send you an e-mail acknowledgment, informing you of the stock availability, and/or advise you of any backorders
  • You will receive this inventory notification within 24 days from the day the order is placed
  • Once the item availability is confirmed, Efloors will order the freight carrier to pick up the order and ship it to you
  • Two days after the order ships, Efloors receives freight details on the order which is forwarded to you. These freight details consist of a PRO or "tracking" number and the phone number of the terminal where the order will be sent prior to being sent out to the customers home, business, or another specified location
  • Total shipping time is approximately 3 to 8 business days from the date of your order
  • In addition to Efloors sending you the freight details, the trucking company will contact you a few days prior to making the delivery.  If you choose to pick up your order up at a freight terminal, the freight carrier will call and inform you that the order is ready for pick up
  • From time to time, products can be constrained or discontinued. We will update you on a weekly basis with the status of your backorder. If after 30 days we are unable to fulfill your backorder, we will cancel your backorder and notify you accordingly. You may also cancel your backorder at any time
     

    Cancellations

     
    Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
    • nItem(s) not available or discontinued
    • nDifficulty in processing your payment information
    • nCannot ship to address provided
    • nDuplicate order was placed
    • nCancelled due to a customer request
    • nCancelled due to error or omission in the description or pricing
      If your order is cancelled by Efloors.com®, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact Customer Service at 888-775-7595 for a recommendation.
