Customers Responsibilities under NobleHouse Warranties
NobleHouse warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the NobleHouse floor. To be covered under our warranty, you the consumer must keep your original sales receipt and make sure the flooring is properly installed in accordance with the National Wood Flooring Association installation instructions. We recommend that you use only NobleHouse specially formulated floor care products to preserve your flooring. NobleHouse has a complete line of those specially formulated floor care products.
Routine Care and Maintenance
1.) NEVER CLEAN OR WET MOP YOUR FLOOR WITH WATER. Water may permanently damage the floor.
