To place an order, find the product(s) you want, add them to your shopping cart, and then follow the prompts to complete your personal and payment information. How long does it take to receive an order? Your order will usually arrive 5-10 business days from the day you place the order until the day your flooring order arrives. Will I be notified whether the item is in stock? Yes. All orders are processed within 24 hours of when they are received, and you will be sent email updates regarding shipping details and product availability. Are samples available? Yes. Samples are available for most products. To order, click the "Order Sample" button on the product detail pages. There is a small cost associated with each sample, however SHIPPING IS FREE. How do I know my order has been successfully submitted? After you have completely submitted your order you will be given a reference number. You will also receive a confirmation email message summarizing your order and reaffirming your order reference number. By law, sales tax is applied to the full amount of the order, including shipping and handling charges. All orders originating and/or sent outside of the state of Illinois are not charged sales tax and it becomes the responsibility of the purchaser to pay the appropriate tax to his/her state. During the ordering process, the state used in the billing address will be used to calculate sales tax. What are my shipping options? Most orders are sent via UPS ground residential shipping, but for larger flooring orders we use well-known common carriers such as UPS Freight, R&L Carriers, and Estes Freight to name a few. A variety of shipping options are available including Express delivery where additional costs may apply. All shipping & handling charges are calculated by the weight of the product selected and destination zone using tables supplied by all common freight carriers.
