If your order has not yet been shipped, call us at 1-888-522-5456 or contact us and you will simply receive a credit.

If your order has already been shipped, you must accept delivery, then, call us at 1-888-522-5456 or contact us. Your cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return Policy for further details.

NOTE: Efloors.com only accepts returns after issuing a return authorization number. All other returns will be refused.
